Factory “Kormotech Ltd.”

The capacity of the factory «Kormotech Ltd» makes 5 tones of packed product per 1 hour. Thus, for one year the factory has an opportunity to produce up to 14 thousand tones of pet food. In future the production capacities can be increased up to 20 thousand tones per year.

«Kormotech Ltd» is the first domestic producer of dry extruded pet food of such a good quality. The company has all possibilities for producing any kind of dry pet food. Every day the team of technologists and consultants is working on the new formulas creation. The aim of «Kormotech Ltd» is constant improvement of the pet food manufacturing process with further gaining a leader position on the Ukrainian pet food market.

All the equipment at the factory has been installed by the Danish company «Sprout Matador» - leader in equipment production, which enables to apply the most advanced methods of pet food manufacturing - extrusion and vacuum coating. Company "Lodam" supported the technological process with software.

The international standard on system of management ISO 22000

In 2007 the plant passed successfully the certification on Food Safety Management System ISO 22000. The standard combines key elements of food safety on the whole production line, including: a feed-back, whole system management, food safety hazard control with the help of the obligatory HACCP programs and plans; constant improvement of management system.
